The work of Egon Van Herreweghe (°1985) is a delicate negotiation between figuration and abstraction, between the calculability of an idea and the metamorphosis of the execution. The results flow from photographs, clippings and objects he collects and examines through their repeated reproduction. Each presentation articulates other presences and accentuates a new temporality.
