At NW, we work closely with artists, collectives, and curators, offering practical and conceptual support across different stages of their practice. This includes access to resources and infrastructure, as well as the sharing of knowledge, experience, and networks. Residencies form a key part of this approach, allowing artists time and space to develop projects from their earliest, often still undefined phases. In dialogue with invited curators and thinkers, this process contributes to a collaborative and evolving programme.
Our work is shaped by an ongoing attention to the relationship between artistic development and the everyday life of the space and its surroundings. We are interested in how broader questions and ideas take form through situated, often modest gestures and interactions. By remaining attentive to these dynamics, NW seeks to foster forms of understanding that are both grounded and open-ended.
