Studio PARA

Studio PARA~ is an Antwerp-based architecture and design collective founded by Gosia Gołąbek, Jakub Popławski, and Zofia Popławska (BE/PL). The practice operates at the intersection of architecture, scenography, and spatial design, with a strong commitment to research and experimentation.

Guided by an interdisciplinary approach, Studio PARA~ explores innovative strategies for space, form, and narrative through architectural interventions, academic engagement, and conceptual work. The collective emerged organically after years of professional and academic experience in leading European offices and institutions and was established as a speculative platform linking architecture, research, and the arts.

The studio places particular emphasis on storytelling as a driving force in shaping spatial concepts, aiming to create architecture that is purposeful, poetic, and resonant. Its work responds to diverse contexts through sustainable and economical strategies, with a focus on enhancing existing qualities and promoting the longevity and reuse of structures and materials.
